At Hunter Valley Supports, our Support Services Team is driven by a commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality support to every client. Bringing together expertise in client matching, scheduling, and coordination, the team ensures seamless service delivery across our disability and aged care programs. With a focus on reliability, responsiveness, and collaboration, they uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and integrity in every interaction. Each member of the team plays a crucial role in supporting our staff, empowering clients, and creating positive experiences that help individuals live with independence, confidence, and purpose.
Support Services Manager
Elise Crawford
Elise is our dedicated Support Services Manager at Hunter Valley Supports. She joined the team in 2023 and was quickly promoted from her role as Support Services Team Leader, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to client care.
Since stepping into her current role, Elise has driven remarkable growth across our Support Services Team. Established in May 2020, the team now includes over 120+ Support Workers, delivering more than 3,000 hours of support every week throughout Singleton, Muswellbrook, Cessnock, and surrounding areas in the Hunter and Upper Hunter regions.
Elise personally meets every new client face-to-face, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences. Whether a client requires a large team across seven days or just a few hours of support each week, Elise goes to great lengths to match the right Support Workers with each individual. She ensures every client has choice and control over who delivers their supports — a core value at Hunter Valley Supports.
With Elise at the helm, our Support Services Team continues to grow stronger, delivering personalised, high-quality care to every client we serve.
