Hunter Valley Supports is a Singleton-based leader in disability and aged care support, proudly serving Singleton and the wider Hunter Valley.
We are committed to person-centered care that empowers independence, fosters inclusion, and builds confidence for individuals and families across our community.
As one of the largest local support providers, we match participants with the right Support Workers so people feel happy, safe, supported, and confident in their daily lives. Our team has experience across a wide range of needs — from physical support to complex mental health — and we are equipped to provide respectful, compassionate care for people from every walk of life.
In 2025, we were honoured to be named Business of the Year at the Singleton Business Awards — a recognition that reflects the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, and the strength of our community.
We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation in Singleton and Muswellbrook, offering safe, supportive, and inclusive homes where individuals can build skills, confidence, and independence within their local community as well as operate a reliable and accessible transport fleet, ensuring comfortable travel for clients across the region.
Founded in 2020 (formerly Mosaic Therapy & Supports), Hunter Valley Supports continues to grow with a clear purpose: to provide exceptional, tailored support that helps people live with independence, dignity, and inclusion.

OUR FLEET
We operate 23 vehicles across our service areas, maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort. Our fleet includes:

Every vehicle is regularly serviced and professionally cleaned to ensure comfort and safety for all clients and staff at all times.
