Stephanie leads our Support Coordination team, working with participants across Singleton, Muswellbrook, Cessnock and the wider Hunter Valley. With a strong background in NDIS navigation and participant advocacy, she takes the time to meet every new participant face-to-face - getting to know their goals, their story and what matters most to them.

Whether someone is new to the NDIS or looking to get more from their current plan, Stephanie ensures they are connected to the right supports and providers. Under her leadership, the Support Coordination team continues to grow - delivering person-centred support that puts participants first.

At Hunter Valley Supports, our Support Coordination Team is dedicated to helping participants get the most out of their NDIS plans. With local knowledge, genuine care and a deep understanding of the NDIS, they work alongside participants to navigate the system, connect with the right services and build the life they want.
From plan implementation to provider sourcing and ongoing review, they bring expertise, advocacy and a personal touch to every interaction. Their commitment to choice, control and real outcomes for participants is what drives everything they do - every single day.
