Our team coordinates the review process, with oversight from a senior leader or the appropriate team.

TIMELY RESPONSE

We’ll acknowledge your feedback within two to three business days.

RESOLUTION FOCUS

We aim to review and resolve matters within 15 working days. If more time is needed, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

RIGHT TO REVIEW

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can request a review through our feedback team.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your information is handled with care and shared only with those directly involved in addressing your feedback.
