  • Right to Review: If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can request a review through our feedback team.

  • Confidentiality: Your information is handled with care and shared only with those directly involved in addressing your feedback.

  • Protection: We ensure that anyone providing feedback is safeguarded from any repercussions or disadvantage.
