Elise manages our Support Services team - the largest team at HVS, delivering over 3,000 hours of support every week across Singleton, Muswellbrook, Cessnock and the wider Hunter Valley. She joined HVS in 2023 and was quickly promoted from Support Services Team Leader into her current role, bringing exceptional leadership and a genuine commitment to participant care.

Elise meets every new participant personally, taking the time to understand their needs, preferences and goals, whether they need a large team across seven days or just a few hours of support each week. Under her leadership, the Support Services team continues to grow, ensuring every participant has choice and control over who delivers their supports.
