Karen Hobson joined Hunter Valley Supports in 2021 and has since played a key role in shaping the organisation’s operational and financial success. As Business Operations Manager, Karen oversees both business and finance operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of disability and aged care services across the region.
Her leadership spans strategic planning, financial management, compliance, and team coordination. Karen is responsible for managing budgets, refining financial systems, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery. Her ability to balance operational efficiency with compassionate care makes her an essential part of the leadership team.
