Support Coordination Team

Stephanie is our dedicated Support Coordination Manager at Hunter Valley Supports. She joined the team in 2022 and quickly became a driving force behind the growth and success of our Support Coordination services. With a strong background in client advocacy and NDIS navigation, Stephanie brings exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to empowering individuals through personalised support.

Since stepping into her role, Stephanie has led a growing team of Support Coordinators who work closely with clients across Singleton, Muswellbrook, Cessnock, and surrounding areas in the Hunter and Upper Hunter regions. Her focus is on helping clients understand their NDIS plans, access the right services, and build the confidence to make informed decisions.

Stephanie personally meets every new client face-to-face, taking the time to understand their goals, preferences, and unique circumstances. Whether someone is new to the NDIS or looking to get more out of their current plan, she goes to great lengths to ensure they are matched with the right supports and providers. She ensures every client has choice and control over their journey — a core value at Hunter Valley Supports.
